KisanPukar is made by OmniSolve, Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy covers the KisanPukar Android app and the KisanPukar helper on WhatsApp.

What KisanPukar is
KisanPukar is an AI helper for farmers. You ask a question by holding the microphone and speaking; the app sends your recording to our server, turns it into text, and answers you. KisanPukar is not a person and not a government office. For big decisions, please also speak to a local expert.
What we collect
- Your Google account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and the display name on that account. Your email address is how we recognise you.
- Your farming details. The name, city or district, village or area, and land size in acres that you tell the helper or type into the Profile screen. All of these are optional; the app works without them.
- Your messages. Everything you say to KisanPukar and everything it answers, including the written transcript of each voice note.
- Your voice recordings. The audio of each voice note you send.
- Your app settings. The language, theme and text size you choose.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your phone number, any advertising identifier, or anything else from your device. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software.
The microphone
The app records only while you are holding the microphone button, and only after you have allowed the microphone permission. It never records in the background and never records when the app is closed. The recording is sent to our server so it can be understood and answered.
Why we use it

- To keep your conversation so you can read it again, on this phone or a new one.
- To improve KisanPukar's answers.
- To find and stop misuse of the service.
Who else handles your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. We use these companies to run the service; they process your data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — runs our server and stores your messages, profile and voice recordings.
- Google (Gemini API) — turns your voice notes into text and writes the answers. Your recordings and messages are sent to Google for this.
- Google Sign-In and Supabase — sign you in and keep you signed in.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Voice recordings: deleted automatically 183 days (about 6 months) after they are sent.
- Pictures sent on WhatsApp: deleted automatically 730 days (about 2 years) after they are sent.
- Server logs, which include message text: deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Your messages, profile and settings: kept until you delete your account.
Deleting your account and your data
In the app, open Profile and choose “Delete account”. This permanently deletes your account, your profile, your whole conversation and your voice recordings. You can also ask us to delete them on our account deletion page or by writing to info@kisanpukarai.com. We complete deletion within 30 days.
Security
Everything the app sends travels over HTTPS. Your sign-in session is stored encrypted on your phone.
Children
KisanPukar is for adults. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
